If any of the items from your order are missing, incorrect, broken, or damaged when your package arrives, please contact customer service for assistance within 2 business days of delivery by sending an email containing your name, order number and a description of the problem to firstname.lastname@example.org
At VFM Audio, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return the item for an exchange or refund of the merchandise value;
- An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Any goods returned by the customer must receive prior allocation of a 'return authorisation number' (RA Number) and the customer must ensure the RA Number is clearly displayed on the packaging of the goods. To obtain a RA Number please email email@example.com and advise item(s) to be returned and reason.
- Returns with the purchase receipt will be exchanged or refunded in the original tender, less any shipping fees incurred.
- All items must be returned unused, unopened and in original condition and packaging with labels and tags still attached.
- We cannot accept returns of items noted as final sale on the item's product page.
Once a return is authorized, we will refund your payment less any shipping charges. If you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct the shipping fees we had to incur to ship the products to you.
