Shipping and Dispatch

If you order by 12pm AEST Monday to Friday your order will be in most instances shipped same day. Orders processed after this will typically be shipped the following business day. You will be notified by email if the item is not available to ship within 1-2 days. Our shipping and processing charges cover the expenses we incur in processing your order, packing the item(s) and transportation. These charges are based on the weight and size of order. A shipping cost will be calculated on the selected items and your postal address just prior to checkout. We use Australia Post eParcel Regular to ship most orders and this typically takes 1 - 7 business days Australia wide. A more accurate timeframe estimate will be provided based on your address just prior to checkout. Australia Post eParcel Express is also offered at a premium and usually takes 1-3 business days. Heavy and oversized items are shipped using a courier. This service usually takes 1-7 business days.

 

Refused, Undelivered or Incorrect Address

Should a package be refused or returned to us unopened, the customer shall be charged the shipping cost of the order amount and/ or pay additional shipping costs to re-ship the order. If the package is lost or is returned to VFM Audio and the contents are damaged we reserve the right to deny any refunds.

 

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If any of the items from your order are missing, incorrect, broken, or damaged when your package arrives, please contact customer service for assistance within 2 business days of delivery by sending an email containing your name, order number and a description of the problem to sales@vfmaudio.com.au

VFM Audio uses recycled packaging where possible to keep costs low.

 

International Shipping

At this time we do not ship outside of Australia from our website. New Zealand customers please contact us for a postage quote.

 

Returns

At VFM Audio, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return the item for an exchange or refund of the merchandise value;

Once a return is authorized, we will refund your payment less any shipping charges. If you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct the shipping fees we had to incur to ship the products to you.
