E.g. Customer spends 50 dollars on a single purchase and the total weight of the goods equates to 10 kilos. The customer will pay an additional $15.00 in freight charges for the delivery of the entire purchase.

Option 2: Pick-up
If this option is chosen on check-out, you will require a print out of your invoice that will be emailed directly to your email account. Please bring this invoice in to our store location to pick up your goods. More details on where to pick up your order can be found in the Contact Us section of our website.

Option 3: Require Installation
If this option is chosen on check-out, you will require a print out of your invoice that will be emailed directly to your email account.

Upon payment receipt, please could you contact the store on the details provided in the Contact Us section of this website to make a mutually agreed arrangement for installation. The sales representative assigned to your job will make every effort to contact you, however, this is subject to the details you have provided in your account that you have created with VFM Audio and it is essentially your responsibility as the customer to ensure your installation progresses. Please be aware, this option is purely for the allocation of stock and it should not be assumed that this is a binding contract for installation. In the event that any issues arise for installation, the sale is treated as a “pick-up” sale (See option above for details).

Please bring your invoice in to our store location when the installation date arrives. More details on where we are located can be found in the Contact Us section of our website.

Please make special note; installation is not included in the cost of your purchase. This will need to be quoted upon specific installation requirements and will be quoted separately from one of our sales representatives. It should be noted that if you decide not to accept the quote for installation after your purchase, the sale is treated as a “pick-up” sale (See option above for details) and it should not be assumed that a refund will be issued for this particular reason. Furthermore, installations usually require other components such as cabling and connectors. Please do not include these items in your purchase if you are not aware of what is required for the installation, these will be quoted in the installation cost and will be discussed with a sales representative.

Special Conditions:
From time to time, promotions will be run on certain items that will include installation. This will only apply to those products that have clearly stated that installation will be provided in the cost of the product. This does not mean that if multiple products are purchased, all of them will be included in the installation.

Returns
VFM Audio makes every effort to satisfy their customers. In doing so, quality is considered one of our most important attributes. However, In the event of any disappointed purchase, returns will need to be discussed with management at VFM Audio. VFM Audio does not cover freight in returning product nor does it guarantee the return of product. Please do not assume that by returning a product, a refund will be issued without first discussing the matter with management. Every case of return will be treated individually to ensure mutual understanding is met before a decision is made.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they contact VFM Audio as soon as an issue arises to discuss return options. VFM Audio usually does not consider returns after a 7 day period has elapsed. After this point, if any issues arise with the product, warranty options will be considered where applicable.

VFM Audio does not cover wrongly installed product by 3rd party agents. If a product is considered to be damaged due to carelessness or unprofessional conduct, the consideration of returns will be absolutely void.

Customer Responsibility
Once you have concluded the check-out process, it is the customer’s responsibility to understand that terms and conditions apply on their purchase. The completion of the check-out process has indicated that you have accepted and agreed to these terms and conditions.

It is also the responsibility of the customer to pay special attention to a certain condition that states “VFM Audio accepts no liability for any inaccuracies or omissions in their web site and any decisions based on information contained in this web site are the sole responsibility of the visitor. VFM Audio accepts no liability for any direct, special, indirect, or consequential damages, or any other damages of whatsoever kind, resulting from whatever cause through the use of any information obtained either directly or indirectly from this web site.” This information directly and indirectly applies to the delivery of goods to the customer. In the event of stock in-accuracies or an issue arising in delivery of a product to the customer, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure this is brought to the attention of management as soon as possible. In the event of an issue arising after accepting the purchase of goods from VFM Audio, all options will be considered to mutually agree upon an outcome.
